The staff at the Holiday Inn Express Folkestone Channel Tunnel were incredibly friendly. the location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the channel tunnel. the bed in my room was very clean, and the king room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card.

it was an ideal and comfortable hotel, nesteled in a functional building. the staff were very kind and courteous and always had a smile. my suite had central heating, lcd tv set, and coffee/tea making machines.

I really enjoyed absolutely spotless room in this hotel.

Everything was good, brilliant location close to Channel Tunnel, the staff were polite. It offered good service and brilliant food too.

The queen room exceeded expectations with its modern layout and well-maintained bathroom, despite not appearing attractive in photos.

No chardonnay behind the bar (we do not like Sauvignon Blanc) would be nice to have another choice of white wine! We also thought that £15 charge for our little dog (who just slept in his own basket and made no noise) was quite hight considering the low cost of the room for two which now includes full english breakfast!

It's well situated for the Eurotunnel terminal, but in a Tesco-y industrial estate-y part of town, so nothing special to look at. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean, spacious, and well laid out. Mattress very comfortable. Secure car park. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Clean, efficient value for money budget hotel which was surprisingly quiet given proximity to the motorway.

Great hotel, very clean & tidy, with good and helpful staff. Ideal location [just a couple miles] for using the Channel Tunnel. Room rate includes a free - full English/Continental breakfast.
